Savita B. Maheshwari

Mrs. Savita B Maheshwari is the Managing Partner of MMCO with 22 years of rich experience in practice. She is a visionary and under her guidance and stewardship MMCO has earned a reputation as a single window professional service firm rendering excellent quality service.
She has rich experience in serving clients in banking and financial services, Insurance, manufacturing and Hospitality sectors. She has been engagement partner for clients in financial service sector like PSU Banks and textile companies. Her well rounded professional experience including corporate restructuring exercises has also enabled her to help clients in structuring investments.

Sandeep Maheshwari (Partner Assurance & Financial Advisory)
Sandeep Maheshwari, is also a Senior Partner of the Firm, he is associated with MMCO from past 22 years and independently manages the affairs of Firm's Kishangarh (Rajasthan) Branch. He has rich experience in the areas of Audit & Assurance, advisory service on corporate and direct tax laws and financial advisory service. He is the engagement partner for statutory audits of large corporates, in particular banking, mutual funds, insurance, infrastructure and manufacturing Sector, due diligence and business valuation

Pravin B. Kharwa (Partner Risk Advisory & Assurance Services)
Pravin having 19 years of post-qualification audit experience. Heading the Assurance department of the MMCO. He is having vast knowledge of Ind AS , IFRS, knowledge of GAP conversion From IGAP to Ind AS and IFRS. Before that Pravin had worked with Delloitte.
He is a speaker at various institutes and seminars , along with this he has also conducted IND AS trainings for various companies. Having expertise knowledge in the field of internal & management audit and evaluating & drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
He has done statutory audit of various Listed and unlisted companies which includes BSE 500 companies and Large Corporate Groups.

Manish Jhawar (Partner Assurance & Taxation)
He is rendering service in the field of Audit & Assurance, SME Consultancy, and Domestic taxation to various industries pertaining to Textiles, Travel Agency and Non-Banking Financial Institutions.
He handled a statutory Audit assignment of Corporates which includes shipping, logistics, NBFC , Manufacturers , Service Providers and various other companies. He had extensive experience in representing cases before various Authorities which includes Income Tax, GST etc.
His expertise also includes audits of Banks viz, statutory, concurrent, credit audit etc. He is also vested with the responsibility for training human resources of the Firm. He is also the MSME Cell Western Region Convenor of “All India MSME Association”.

Vivek Mehta (Partner Audit & Advisory)
Vivek has been at the center of finance industry for over a decade now. Young dynamic & has immense knowledge and expertise in financial advisory and assurance relating to financial sector. His technical expertise includes carrying out audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Auditing Standards followed in India. He has expert knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles followed in India (Indian GAAP) and Ind AS. Prior to MMCO he worked with Chaturvedi & Shah Chartered Accountants.
He has done audit of various listed and unlisted manufacturing companies, trusts, broking firm, insurance sectors, NBFC and various Public Sector undertakings including PSU Banks.

Monali Badaya (Partner Bank Audit )
Monali is in-charge of Banking & Assurance practice and has experience of over 10+ years as a practicing Chartered Accountant and has attained a high level of professional efficiency, thorough and specialised knowledge in the fields of Bank Audits, Company Audits and other allied matters in the Accounting Profession. She has diversified experience in the Banking Industry encompassing Credit Management, Recovery, Audit and Inspection, Accounts, Systems & Procedures, Investments, Risk Management etc.
